Damaged Products
Our products undergo quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@daivikvastram.com along with clear photographs of the damaged item.
Upon verification, we may offer a replacement of the same or a similar product, subject to stock availability. Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Missed Delivery
Our delivery partners typically make multiple delivery attempts. If a shipment remains undelivered after repeated delivery attempts and is returned to us, the customer may request re-shipment.
Re-shipment charges may apply based on the delivery location and shipping partner rates. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, re-shipment will be processed only after full payment of the order amount and applicable shipping charges has been received.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements through which we provide products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
