At Daivik Vastram, every product is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. We request our customers to review their orders carefully before placing them.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered.

Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds for delivered orders.

If a prepaid order is not accepted by the customer after shipment, a deduction of ₹150 will be made towards forward and reverse shipping charges before issuing any eligible store credit.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.

Prepaid Orders: If cancelled before dispatch, the amount will be refunded as a store coupon within 4–5 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If cancelled before dispatch, no cancellation charges will apply.
