Refund and Returns Policy

At Daivik Vastram, every product is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. We request our customers to review their orders carefully before placing them.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange Request Window: Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of receiving your order.
• How to Request: Submit your exchange request through our website under Support → Return & Exchange.
• Exchange Charges: A ₹150 processing fee will be applicable for each exchange request.
• Product Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Exchange requests may be rejected if the product is found used, damaged, or without original packaging.
• Pickup: Once your exchange request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 2–3 working days. You do not need to arrange shipping separately.
• Replacement: After receiving the product, our team will perform a quality inspection. If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched promptly.

Refund Policy

• We do not offer monetary refunds for delivered orders.
• If an exchange is not possible due to product availability, the amount paid (after applicable charges, if any) will be issued as a one-time-use store coupon, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
• The coupon can be used only once and cannot be converted into cash.

Prepaid Orders

• If a prepaid order is not accepted by the customer after shipment, a deduction of ₹150 will be made towards forward and reverse shipping charges before issuing any eligible store credit.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.

• Prepaid Orders: If cancelled before dispatch, the amount will be refunded as a store coupon within 4–5 working days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If cancelled before dispatch, no cancellation charges will apply.
